I am accepting new medication management clients at this time. Psychotherapy appointments are full. Please email or request via the booking widget to schedule a consultation. Please included your reason for seeking treatment, what type of service you are looking for, and your insurer/plan information including policy/group #. If you have OHP please include your CCO. A copy of insurance card front and back along with a copy of a photo ID is required to schedule a consultation.
Note: I am in-network with MODA, BCBS, Aetna, and OHP HealthShare/OregonCare/Open Card. I provide superbills for cash pay. I also offer a sliding scale for clients who need financial assistance on a limited basis. Please reach out with any questions, I am happy to work with you.
